If B&N has any nexus at all in CA, they are required to collect and render CA sales taxes on all taxable sales to CA residents. CA does tax most digital content, so they will collect the tax.

Best place to live as a student in Lyon?

I'm moving to Lyon for university in September 2011, and I am currently trying to find somewhere lively, cheap and within easy reach of the city centre and the uni. I will be going to Lyon II Lumiere, which is in Bron. Could anyone recommend me which areas or arrondissements of Lyon would be good to start looking?
