Antibiotics causing EXTREME nausea ?

My doctor recently prescribed 100mg Minocycline for my acne and now i'm experiencing extreme nausea, dizziness, and headaches. I know these are all side effects of this drug, but should my nausea be this bad? I haven't vomited yet but I'm terrified that I might. She also said to let her know of any allergic reactions because it is somewhat common with this drug. Could this be an allergic reaction of some sort?
