Am i having pains from having too many pills? ive had the flu and doc has given me antibiotics.?

i have been taking 2 capsules 3 times a day, as well as 'inner health plus' as recommened by pharmacy. i was fine for a couple of days but i am having stomach cramps and feel very unwell. same kind of thing happend a while ago and doc thinks it was beacuse of diclofenac i had. i had the same pain but worse and was poopoing blood. very sore tummy. why is this happening again? i have diareaha but no blood this time, just very sore tummy every10 -20 mins
