How long should u wait after taking antibiotics b4 u drink?

OK I was biten by a spider which in turn became infected & was prescribed the antibiotic Doxycycline....I will take my last dose Friday afternoon but I have a huge party 2go 2Saturday. I know ur not spose 2 drink with antibiotics but I will be finished with them Friday so will I be good 2go &drink on Saturday?? How long b4 the antibiotics r out of ur system?? thanks n advance
