Do I have Anal cancer like Farrah?

HELP, I noticed a weird cyst in a weird part of my body, Right above the anus. Not on private parts but about 1/2 inch above those, and it's on the left side of skin between crack of butt. I am female. I was in hospital 3 weeks ago for infection and they gave me lots of antibiotics and I wear an estrogen patch. What is this cyst. It's not bleeding, or puss, or anything, it's just red and the skin around it is red, but no way to squeeze it. It's in a strange place. Not in privates, above the private parts thank God. What could this be? I've been putting on hot compressions and creme. HELP! What is is, is it cancer like what Farrah Fawcett had?
