Gallbladder removal im not sure?

so im 17, my appendix burst about 3 months ago so i was in the hospital for a few days and had to get it removes. Well i still had horrible diarrhea and i was getting sick for awhile after...throwing up everything i would eat:/ so i went back to my doctors and it took them weeks to figure out what was wrong. finally they figure out it was Clostridium difficile. well i took all the medication for that and have been taking other pills to put the good bacteria back into my stomach. they said its gone for "now" i mean i have a high chance of it coming back again when i take antibiotics.... but the weird diarrhea has not stopped and i get horrible headaches every night in the same spot sometimes i get sharp pains in my lower chest area, i get nausea's when i eat and my moms friend said it could very much be my gallbladder cause she had to get hers removed before and has been threw it. im really not to sure, im scared. please please let me know you opinion, i would much rather a doctors opinion, or someone who knows what their talking about. not someone with stupid crap they read off the internet if their not 100% sure. thanks(:
