My skin is terrible and nothing helps?

I have tried clean and clear products, neutrogena products, clearasil products, proactive, clinque, herbal products, and i even see a doctor who put me on antibiotics which i had a bad reaction to and now i see a dermatologist who put me on accutane and its been seven month since i have been on it and its not helping at all and i have some other antibiotic which isnt helping either. my doctor said theres another medication that could help but the problem is it lowers your blood pressure and my blood pressure is borderline normal and low.. nothing is helping. i eat healthy and i exercise. what is wrong with my skin?
