Kidney infection worse after antibiotics?

I have had problems with my kidneys since i was about 8 years old and am now 20, kidney stones, kidney infections, badder and UT infections. I literally have a kidney infection about every 2 months, and between infections i get antibiotics, which normally cures the pain within my 4th pill or so..but they always come back a few weeks to a months later. Well, my symptoms are normally achenes in kidneys, no energy, pain when i pee..that's about it. This infection i have now is different. Ive had it for about 3 months and went to the doctor the other day, not for the infection, but because i was running a fever of 102 and literally felt so weak, i thought i was getting the flu or something. She said i had an infection, so she gave me some pretty strong antibiotics. Ive been taking the antibiotics for about 4 days, and every day the pain in my right kidney will switch to my left and so on. It hurts like a muther to stand up, and my pee is like brown. Why aren't the antibiotics working like they normally do this time..and what should i do?
