Chlamydia and maybe pregnant?..Please help!!?

My doctor just told me I have chlamydia, and that I need to go on antibiotics for it. At first I was disgusted and furious with my boyfriend, but then we found out its pretty common and is easily treated. Then I found out you need special medicine if you're pregnant... so here's the long part of my story/question. The whole reason I got the chlamydia is because I went on birth control May 29, we stopped using condoms June 9, and I quit taking the bc but kept having unprotected sex June 12. (everyday between June 9 and June 16 we had unprotected sex) So I didn't really think I was pregnant, on June 17 I got my period, which usually lasts 6-9 days. This time it was pretty light and only lasted four days. I thought nothing of it until a couple days ago I started having frequent urination and being really tired/not being able to sleep at night. This morning when I woke up I felt very nauseous. I went back to sleep and when I got back up I felt fine. I'm also very emotional and having mood swings. More than normal hah. Anyways I know I'm probably not pregnant because I had a period, but is it even a little possible that I could be? Do I need to tell my doctor about the possibility at my appointment tomorrow?
