Dieffenbachia is yellowing and developing brown spots towards the middle.?

A few weeks ago i bought a nice dieffenbachia i have recently noticed i have been taking off many leaves because they quickly fade and turn yellow. And some of them are getting dryed up bron spots in the middle of the leaf and i end up cutting them off what am i doing wrong?
