Is this normal or do i need to check again?

ok so hers my problem ....am i suppost to hear my both ears exactly the same?!....bcuz my right ear is a lil lower then my left .....i gone to doctor (special ear) ....he said my right ear drum is all normal but he said its a lil block becuz i have a breathing nose problem....i dont know what they call it but i think its like a bone inside my nose it blocking it?....so he said that i need to do operation ...but not now bcuz im too young (15 years old) he said i need to wait when im 18! ........when i was young i think my right ear bleeded(i was 8 or 9) so am i going deaf even if i was not bron deaf? ...please no rude answers :/ ....and NO JOKES!
