My daughter has had fever for the last wk and two days what do i do?

i took her to the hospital and doctors office she doesnt have any infection in her lungs ears nor urine they said it was a viral infection they put her on antibiotics and im giving her tylenol and ibuprofen every 4 hrs switching them nothing is working her tempature ranges from 100 - 104
